Coil Coating is a unique process where aluminum strip in coil form, is cleaned, pre-treated, primed and painted with either inorganic or organic coatings, cured and re-coiled all in one operation. Coil coating eliminates the need for in-plant post painting thereby producing savings in space, labour, inspection, insurance premiums energy and pollution control.

Based on the high quality mill finished aluminum coils,GrandShine has applied the internationally advanced roller coating line to achieve excellent precision and flatness which endow construction with even and durable color.By controlling the quality of the material as well as the technical process of production,Grandshine painted coil is characterized by both rigidity and excellent processablity. They could be bonded, cut, split, slotted, blended, pressed, drilled, connected and fastened. There are two kinds of imported pigment that is applied to the roller coating,one is Fluoro-carbon (PVDF) ,the other Polyester(PE) ,both of which can form the colorful and durable protection for the surface of aluminum.

Application of coating coil
